I have a detached one-bed flat. The garden is very large and there is a swimming pool. It is good for a walk because Richmond Park is beyond the fence (the garden is large so you can walk in the garden)

I prefer long-term tenants with regular jobs. College students are also welcome. Kingston University Business Campus is about 5 minutes walk away.

The price is 1500, and 1700 for couples. (all including bills) I prefer long-term, but please contact me if you are interested in staying short-term. Then I look forward to a good relationship.
